The sword is nice to look at, but rattles in the saya, overall it makes a valuable impression.
But after the first cutting test with a PET bottle, which was also cut through perfectly, everything is now wobbly.
The handle and the tsuba are wobbly, even the mekugi are loose and simply fall out when light pressure is applied.
WHAT CAN I SAY FOR THIS PRICE IN ORDER ,
HOWEVER, YOU SHOULD INVEST A LITTLE MORE SO THAT YOU ARE NOT ANNOYED AFTERWARDS THAT YOU HAVE BOUGHT CHEAPLY.
The team and Mr Pfeifer were very competent and helpful, we will definitely see you again and then we will buy something sensible.
Addendum:
When I dismantled the katana, I could clearly see the adhesive residue used to fix the seppas and the slightly too large recess in the tsuba to keep it stable. I got myself another tsuba and new seppas, lightly backed them with paper, as Mr Pfeiffer recommended, and lo and behold, everything is now stable...... and I have a completely new katana visually. Thank you Mr Pfeiffer for the tip with the paper backing, you are a true expert advisor...... However, the High Carbon Katana is a different quality class and anyone who wants a sensible sword that can withstand cutting tests without reworking should make their choice there!

Hello, first of all, thank you very much for the general praise.
For all other interested parties, here are a few tips on how to avoid disappointment when practising cutting with such inexpensive swords. In connection with cutting exercises, we recommend
- It is best to train in a martial arts school to acquire a good technique
- For the first cuts, it is best to start with the softest cutting targets (fruit)
- Please book our grinding service for 1045 blades
Each of these measures reduces the load on the blade when carrying out cutting tests.
It is normal for the components to loosen slightly after a few cutting exercises. This is usually solved by inserting an additional seppa.

I am a beginner at collecting film sword props. But of all the 5 I've ordered so far, this is my absolute favourite sword. It feels great in the hand and it screams quality. The Kill Bill Budd sword is also absolutely amazing. I really have to thank you for the uncomplicated process from order to delivery. I didn't have to wait 3 working days and the magnificent pieces were there! I can definitely recommend this sword. Anyone who, like me, is an absolute fan of the film will not regret ordering the good part! I've also had my eye on other swords. For example from Highlander or 47 Ronin. Let's see if I realise that yet. But the careful packaging with the sword pouch alone is also great. I am very grateful and would definitely recommend this site! Best regards from Stuttgart! I have one question if the administrators are reading this. You don't have other film swords like those from Gladiator or Blade in your range. But is there a possibility to get them from you? Best regards.
