Interesting facts about the film
Despite the fact that the main character of the film "Last Samurai" Nathan Algren (played by Tom Cruise) is fictional, it is loosely based on the French soldier Jules Brunet, who was sent to Japan to modernise the army there.

Beautiful sword for your "small price".
There are a few small flaws, such as the habaki being completely glued to the blade and the glue being partially visible. There is also no seppa and the tsuka is oversized in contrast to the blade and the menuki and tsuka-ito are a little loose. The koshirae, on the other hand, are surprisingly cleanly crafted - high praise! All in all a great sword for the price my criticism is only meant to be constructive.
