Blue Tachi Samurai sword from Epic Swords.
Tachi is one of the legendary swords of the samurai and is historically the predecessor of the katana. A tachi was worn on the belt with the blade pointing downwards. As they were often used for ceremonial purposes, there are many splendidly decorated examples.
The blade is blunt and the sword is intended for decorative purposes The carbon steel blade has the realistic look of a sharp blade. The sword is slightly curved, as is usual with samurai swords.

The wooden scabbard is painted blue with gold-coloured decoration.
