- the pre-drilled holes in the crossbars are too small, so the MDF breaks when the screws are tightened.
- the holes in the side panels are not countersunk, so the screws protrude sideways.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, MDF can crack if the screws are tightened too tightly. We will ask the production department whether the production run was interrupted and a drill bit of a different size was used for your specimen than for all the others. Regarding the countersink: that's a good suggestion, which we will consider for future series if possible.
