Wurde aus Massivholz gefertigt, das sorgt für eine gute Stabilität und Langlebigkeit.
Griffband aus Baumwolle auf traditionelle Weise gewickelt, dieses Material bietet 100%igen Halt und nimmt Schweiß gut auf.

First a few words about the dispatch. Ordered before Christmas on 22/12 and delivered on 23/12. A grade of 1 for that.
I had actually only ordered the wakizashi to complete the look of my katana and didn't have any great expectations in terms of quality. However, I am very impressed with the quality on offer. The sharpness can still be optimised, but I was still surprised. All the parts fit tightly and nothing wobbles. The saya also has a glossy finish along its entire length. On the product image, it looked as if this was not the case.
I can give it a clear recommendation to buy, especially at this price.

Ideal for my indoor training
I already own several katanas from DerShogun and was happy to confirm: fast delivery, consistently high quality, and well-sharpened blades.
I use my swords for technique training and various cutting exercises. I use this wakizashi for basic exercises in the living room and for making boxes, packaging and PET bottles smaller. Of course, it also looks great and complements my katana collection on the wall perfectly.
A 5 litre plastic canister (destellated water) with one stroke is no problem, for very fine cuts, mats or bamboo a 1060 or 1095 blade is better suited. More cutting performance is also possible, but then you should use the grinding offer and also have some experience with the blade guide. Otherwise, have a look at spring steel, you can make mistakes 🙂 and it's sharp anyway.
