Product description:
Completely black ninja sword.
The blade was forged from 1045 steel and blackened using a special technique so that it is completely black!
With a straight blade that is very sharp.
Only high-quality materials were used for the production, such as the solid wood for the handle. The handle is connected to the tang of the blade by two wooden pins for a 100%ight hold of the blade.
Gold-coloured decorative elements have been incorporated into the handle. The handle inlay is made of (genuine!) ray skin, which is coloured black.
Dimensions:
- Total length of the sword with saya: 105.5 cm
- Blade length: 73 cm
- Handle length: 29 cm
You will receive a matching sword pouch from us as a gift.
A beautiful sword and an extraordinary sword, especially due to the black blade.

Nice to look at from a distance but not quite so nice when viewed close up, as the blade itself is not particularly smooth. In addition, the sword slips from a certain angle from the scabbard wrlches to a danger because this sword is apparently delivered reasonably sharpened. However, the shipping and service are excellent from the DerShogun team.

Top piece of jewellery, especially the black blade makes it a mystical object of desire 😉 Pretty tsuba and shiny saya make the purchase complete. Well worth it.

Visually an appealing katana, I decided in favour of the blackened blade plus re-sharpening service
Delivery was exactly on time, the flavour was just perfect.
I have ordered here several times and have not been disappointed.
Service and advice, including the videos on You Tube, helped me with my purchase decision
For this favourable price you get a very well made sword.
