Exciting facts about the Michonnes Katana

The katana is the weapon of choice for the character Michonne. It is used to cut off numerous body parts from zombies in the series.

The comparatively long handle of this sword allows it to be used with both hands.

The Katana does not have its own name. In the series, it is simply called "the katana". Danai Gurira, who plays Michonne in the series, revealed in an interview that this characterises her special relationship with the sword. For this reason, it will probably never be given an official name.
