A special sword that combines the tradition of samurai swords with the latest technology.<\/p>\n
The centrepiece of this modern sword is the carbon steel blade. In the manufacture of old samurai swords, a method was often used in which core steel was worked into a more robust sheath.
This principle is also applied to this sword, except that the sheath is made of a modern titanium alloy instead of steel.<\/p>\n
This material is extremely robust and rustproof. This solves some of the problems associated with the use of steel. The cutting edge is made of carbon steel and the rest of the blade is titanium-coated.<\/p>\n
The tsuba is a solid Musashi tsuba. The handle is wrapped with a leather grip strap.<\/p>\n
