The blade:
Forged by hand from high-quality 1060 carbon steel. Through-hardened with a hardness of 55 HRC, which ensures the blade's top cutting properties and hardness.
The blade is sharpened!<\/p>\n
Tsuka (the handle):
Made from solid wood for optimum stability and durability. Handle inlays made from real ray skin. With cotton handle strap, wrapped in the traditional way. 2 wooden pins for a 100%ight hold of the blade in the handle. Top look thanks to 2 gold-coloured decorative elements.<\/p>\n
Saya (sword scabbard):
Made of wood with cotton sageo (ribbon).<\/p>\n
Tsuba (stabbing blade):
The tsuba has the legendary Musashi design with double ring.<\/p>\n
The kashira (fittings at the end of the handle) and fuchi (metal mount in front of the tsuba) are also detailed on this katana.<\/p>\n
