Who is Michonne from the Walking Dead TV series?<\/h2>\n

Michonne is one of the characters from the world-famous comic and television series The Walking Dead. The comic books on which the TV series is based were written by Robert Kirkman. It is a post-apocalyptic horror series in which a group of survivors follow former sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes. They struggle to stay alive as a global pandemic has wiped out almost half of humanity. In the process, the \"deceased\" rise from the dead and mutate into human flesh-eating zombies, called \"biters\" in the series. They pose a constant threat to the survivors.<\/p>\n

Michonne first appears in the comic series in volume 4, issue 19. In the TV series, she makes her first appearance at the end of season 2. In both the comic and the series, she appears with two zombies whose arms and lower jaws have been severed to stop them from attacking humans. The two serve as her disguise. They are her ex-boyfriend and his best friend. She blames the former for the death of her 3-year-old daughter.
