Payment and dispatch<\/strong>
\nThe following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

Shipping conditions
\n<\/strong>Delivery takes place within Germany and Europe.<\/p>\n

For all buyers with a delivery address abroad (outside Germany):
\nPlease note that we also offer items in our webshop that may not be imported into every country. Therefore, please check with your local customs authority before making your purchase to find out whether the import of the respective product is permitted in your country.
\nWe assume no liability for products that are confiscated by customs and cannot grant any refunds.
\nIf your delivery address is outside Germany, import costs and customs duties may apply. These fees are calculated in the respective recipient country and are to be borne by the buyer. For more detailed information on import costs, please contact your local customs office.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs<\/strong>
\nDomestic deliveries (Germany): <\/strong>
\nWe do not charge shipping costs for deliveries to Germany.
\nDeliveries abroad:<\/strong>
\nWe calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
\nEU: 16 Euro net
\nOther countries in Europe: 18 euros net
\nWorldwide: 50 Euro net<\/p>\n

We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.<\/p>\n

Delivery times<\/strong>
\nIf no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
\nPlease note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
\nIf you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.<\/p>\n
