Product description:
A masterpiece of Asian blacksmithing.

The blade:
Forged by hand from 1095 carbon steel and clay-hardened, resulting in a hardness of approx. 60 HRC on the cutting edge and approx. 40 HRC on the back of the blade.
This ensures the best cutting properties and durability of the blade
Blade type: Maru, sharp ground.
Genuine, very beautiful Hamon!

The handle:
Made from solid wood. The blade is held in the handle by 2 bamboo pins for a 1001TP3 firm grip.

The scabbard:
Made of wood, painted black.

This sword has been designed without any frills!
It is simply a very well forged, simple wakizashi, as a samurai would probably have worn it in battle.
