Product description:
Solid sword for cutting exercises with a blade made of 1095 carbon steel.
The blade:
Forged by hand from 1095 carbon steel and clay-hardened, resulting in a hardness of approx. 60 HRC on the cutting edge and approx. 40 HRC on the back of the blade.
This ensures the best cutting properties and durability of the blade

The handle:
Made of solid wood, inlays of real ray skin were used. The blade is held in the handle by 2 bamboo pins for a 1001TP3 firm grip.
The scabbard:
Made of wood, painted black.
This sword has been designed without any kind of "bells and whistles"!
It is simply a perfectly forged, simple katana, just as a samurai would probably have carried it in battle.
