Forged by hand from high-quality 1045 carbon steel and through-hardened to a hardness of 45 HRC for good blade flexibility and hardness. With ground hamon. The blade has a characteristic engraving and is sharpened!
The saya (sword sheath):
Made of wood, painted black. With carvings (the symbols from the film). With silver-coloured sageo (ribbon) and gold-coloured shito dome (decoration at the eyelet opening).
The Tsuba:
Has the classic Kill Bill motif.
